Weekly Sunday Meditation at Serenity Ridge Begins May 21

Geshe Yangton 1-16 croppedGeshe Tenzin Yangton, resident lama at Serenity Ridge Retreat Center, has kindly offered to lead a second weekly meditation practice on Sundays from 10–11:15 a.m. in the Garuda House Shrine Room. The sessions begin on Sunday, May 21.

The Sunday practice will focus on tsa lung breathing and movements, with gradual introduction to trul khor (Tibetan yoga). Join us in the cottage for tea and cookies afterwards.

Geshe-la will continue to lead a weekly meditation practice on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. in the Garuda House shrine room.
